Brrrr it's cold outside!
It's 6:07 and I have now been home for a total of 20 minutes. Josh had is tournament today and his first game started at 11 so we were told by the coach that we should be there by 10:30. So we did as we were told and waited and waited and waited. It turned out that the schedule was running behind and we ended up not playing our first game till 2:00. It was freezing cold outside and we had already waited for 3 and a half hours. After the first game if you lost you had to play again that same day so since we didn't win we had to play at 4:30. Mind you I'm still at the field and it is still sooo stinkin' cold outside. So between the break we went to McDonald's ate dinner and went back to the field for our last and final game of the season. It was a crazy and cold day. I'm just glad to be home and now I can relax in my warm bed and call it a night.

Soccer is brutal that way! It's always windy so it just makes it seem that much colder. Could be worse - it could have sleeted. Been there, done that! Snuggle up in some warm jammies and fix yourself a big cup of cocoa or coffee. Joshua sure looks cute in his soccer clothes. Bet he was freezing!

Oh the joys of soccer!! I remember loving it though, esp. in the yucky weather... does that mean I'm wierd?! Anyway :0) He sure makes a cute little soccer player, freezing cold and all, and what troopers you all were!!
At least you had good friends to keep you company! haha it was totally miserable and then yesterday was beautiful! UGH! alright well I guess I will just praise the Lord for the beautiful weather today and yesterday!!!!
i am not looking forward to that phase of life when we move back...oh, and how much fun is sitting in freezing weather??? glad you had a good time anyway. he sure is cute in his soccer uniform!!
Josh looks to cute in his uniform. The fun weather of soccer. Cameron always enjoyed playing on a muddy soccer field.
