Family Fun Night!

Well the first picture that you see is Elijah trying my heels on. He was walking around saying how cool they were. I don't think his dad liked it very much, but I just had to get a pic! As you can see Josh is in the back laughing at him.

Friday night we decided to take the kids out and watch a movie. We went to see Alvin and the Chipmunks. It was funny and the boys really enjoyed it

And in the midst of all this crazy weather I found this growing in my yard. It's a little reminder to me that spring is on its way! I'm not sure what kind of flower that is but it is very pretty!

We went out to the park this week and I took a few pictures of the boys. The weather was actually nice for a few days. I'm really hoping that this week will be nice too. I'm super excited about the spring! Well, I hope everyone has a great spring break!

Sleep over!

Originally we had decided that Josh would have his birthday party at the skating rink, but at the last minute he decided that he wanted to have a sleep over. So I rushed all week long and tried to get things in order for the sleep over on Friday. I have to say that it was quite interesting to be with all these boys. I'm sure glad I had Jordan with me ;) We had so much fun playing hide and go seek in the dark with our flash lights. I think that was my favorite part of the night. The boys had such a hard time finding me or maybe I'm just that good at hiding. Here are a few pics from that night...

Harlingen, TX

A few pictures from our trip to Harlingen. I had so much fun hanging out with my nephew and niece. I think a little too much! I didn't want to get off her scooter. It was so much fun as you can see from the pics!

Skate Park/ Cole park

While we were out on Ocean Drive we decided to take the boys to the new skate park and Cole park. It's nice that they finally made a place for the kids to skate. Josh is such a fan of skate boarding and he thought these guys were pretty awesome.

Corpus Christi!!!

We had a blast visiting Corpus. I had forgotten how much I actually missed the beach. It was nice to just soak it all in and enjoy the weather. The boys loved every moment of it and didn't want to leave. The first picture that you see is of the Corpus Christi Causeway. It's amazing looking down as you go over it. When I was little I was scared of it and I always closed my eyes as we went over it but this time I was just enjoying the view. Ah, it was nice to be home!

Houston, Texas

We arrived Houston on Sunday. The boys had so much fun hanging out with my little brother. They played outside all afternoon till it was dark.

After a very long drive we are finally in Texas! The boys did pretty good on the road. We were about ten minutes away from Grandma's house when they started getting whiny. I thought it was so funny that Elijah fell asleep while he was reading Josh's book. And every time he would feel the book fall to the side he would wake up. Oh and the picture of Josh is cute too! He's actually asleep. I couldn't tell at first but once I got closer I could see that his eyes were actually closed. Well, tomorrow we are off to Houston. Another road trip except this one is not as long. Hope everyone had a great weekend!
